At Secura Lifestyle Holiday Parks, we take the safety and well-being of our guests, team members and all who visit our Parks, seriously. We are actively monitoring Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates and carefully following Government issued advice. You can access official health updates here.

Secura Lifestyle Guests (NSW Only) – updated 18/12/2020

Declared Hotspot Direction

To assist contact tracing and to contain any potential spread of COVID-19, NSW Health asks that from Friday 18 December to Wednesday 23 December 2020, people living in the Northern Beaches Local Government Area, avoid unnecessary travel outside the Northern Beaches area. If your reservation is affected by this latest direction, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss.

For guests outside this declared hotspot, a QR code will need to be scanned on arrival via the NSW Service app.

Advice to our NSW guests: All our NSW Parks fall within Regional NSW. For Victorian visitors, our Park locations are classified as “Green Zone”. We are committed to maintaining a COVIDSafe environment for the health and safety of our guests and staff. To streamline the check-in process, important information will be provided prior to arrival. As required by NSW Health, Secura Lifestyle are obliged to outline our “Conditions of Entry” for guests at all NSW Parks. Declared Hotspot Direction

Border restrictions are in effect from 1am AEST Saturday 19 December 2020 in response to the New South Wales Northern Beaches COVID-19 cluster. Specific areas of New South Wales (NSW) have been declared a COVID-19 hotspot.

People who have been in a hotspot in the last 14 days or since the hotspot was declared (whichever is shorter), will only be able to enter Queensland if they are a returning Queensland resident or required to enter for a limited range of essential reasons. Queensland residents returning to Queensland from a hotspot must quarantine for 14 days on entering Queensland in government arranged accommodation at their own expense.

Secura Lifestyle Guests (Victoria Only) – updated 18/12/2020

Health Advice for NSW Travellers arriving in Victoria

From midnight, 18 December 2020, a permit system will be in place for all New South Wales residents travelling to Victoria, residents from other states travelling through NSW and Victorians visiting NSW and returning home.

For your safety and extra peace of mind, we have introduced a range of additional measures to ensure our current standards of cleanliness and hygiene are even more rigorous

  • All guests are provided with information prior to arrival outlining symptoms to look out for and preventive measures to help them minimise the risk of infection.
  • We are taking hygiene seriously and you can be confident that our Parks are being cleaned frequently and to the highest of standards, and that our staff are employing heightened levels of sanitation.
  • We’ve implemented the recommended precautionary operational measures of the Australian Government Department of Health to protect the health and safety of guests and team members.
