At Secura Lifestyle Holiday Parks, we take the safety and well-being of our guests, team members and all who visit our parks, seriously. We are actively monitoring Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates and carefully following Government issued advice. You can access official health updates here.

We recommend that you keep up to date with the latest information available from the authorities. We very much appreciate your support, patience and cooperation as we all work together during this time.


Secura Lifestyle Guests (NSW Only) – updated 23/11/2020

NSW to reopen Victorian border

The NSW Government will reopen the border to Victoria at 12:01am, Monday 23 November. Read the announcement. We look forward to welcoming our Victorian guests for  much-deserved holiday break.

Advice to our NSW guests: We are committed to maintaining a COVIDSafe environment for the health and safety of our guests and staff. To streamline the check-in process, important information will be provided prior to arrival. As required by NSW Health, Secura Lifestyle are obliged to outline our “Conditions of Entry” for guests at all NSW Parks. We recommend that guests have the Service NSW smartphone app downloaded prior to arrival. QR code scan will required on arrival. Click here for more details.


Secura Lifestyle Guests (QLD Only) – updated 25/11/2020

Queensland set to further open border from 1 Deceember

Queensland will allow residents from Greater Sydney and Victoria to enter the state from December 1, in an easing of coronavirus border restrictions. Visitors from New South Wales and Victoria will no longer be required to quarantine for 14 days when entering Queensland.

A border pass declaration is still required.

New Hotspot Declared

The Queensland Government has declared Adelaide a COVID-19 hotspot, effective from 11:59pm AEST, Monday 16 November 2020.

Visitors from Adelaide arriving to Queensland will not be allowed entry (unless they are a Queensland resident, in which case they will be permitted entry and required to enter mandatory hotel quarantine at their own expense).

Secura Lifestyle Guests (Victoria Only) – updated 26/10/2020

From 11:59pm on 8 November: there will be no restrictions on reasons to leave home or distance but stay safe. Travel can resume for all Victorians holidaying anywhere within the State..

The teams at our Victorian Secura Lifestyle Parks are excited to be able to reopen our doors to all guests. We are committed to maintaining a COVIDSafe environment for the health and safety of our guests and staff. To streamline the check-in process, important information will be provided prior to arrival. Some facilities may be limited to comply with caps on public gathering.


Keeping You Safe and Healthy

For your safety and extra peace of mind, we have introduced a range of additional measures to ensure our current standards of cleanliness and hygiene are even more rigorous

  • All guests are provided with information prior to arrival outlining symptoms to look out for and preventive measures to help them minimise the risk of infection.
  • We are taking hygiene seriously and you can be confident that our Parks are being cleaned frequently and to the highest of standards, and that our staff are employing heightened levels of sanitation.
  • We’ve implemented the recommended precautionary operational measures of the Australian Government Department of Health to protect the health and safety of guests and team members.
